Over time, if you haven't been fired or quit yet, you may have a chance to work with idols.Ĭommunication ability is a must (Korean yes.), but other things you will need is driver's license (no strikes/points preferred), strong liver, and super duper thick skin. Your pay is going to be low or part-time and you will probably just end up running errands, processing receipts, scheduling and confirming schedules for the actual managers that move with the idols. You would rarely ever start as the mgr to an idol but as a grunt in the team because you need to learn the company's specific systems and procedures. You would probably want to find/have job experience as an assistant, personal manager, anything that proves reliability, scheduling, and attention to detail. From seeing a manager that I used to work with - You would apply just like any job, but the job title isn't going to be "Idol Manager" but just for something "management" related.
